We use only the highest quality thread that is designed to withstand the harsh UV rays from the sun without it deteriorating. Each cover is custom fitted to your specific year, make and model watercraft so you know it will have a great look whether sitting on your dock or traveling down the road on your trailer. All covers have a shock cord sewn into the hem and include adjustable tie down straps for added security while trailering. Custom storage covers are sewn to order and usually ship in 48-72 hrs. Being a custom product there are no returns accepted. Covers have a 1 year warranty against any defects in material or workmanship. Please send us a note after purchase with the color you want for EACH panel on the cover. Orders that do not have a note sent to us with the selection within 24 hours will be canceled and refunded. We use FedEx and USPS for shipping within the United States. Extra charges apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and SP. Watercraft Superstore uses several warehouses including some manufacturers shipping directly to you. These items include but are not limited to: impellers, inflatable tubes and some smaller accessory items. We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, if we find an item is not available we will contact you as soon as possible. Those items may have additional shipping times attached to them. Combine orders and save on shipping! For all Domestic and International customers. Please request an invoice at check out if you are ordering multiple items. BlackTip Jetsports Custom/Standard Seat Covers and Traction Mats come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defect. Please contact us directly for any warranty claims. Watercraft Superstore Brand covers come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defect as well. Watercraft Superstore hopes that you will be happy with you new purchase and that everything meets or exceeds your expectations. This is not always the case and sometimes you get the wrong item whether it is size, color, not what you thought, or it is the wrong part for your application. Watercraft Superstore will gladly accept your return within 60 days for items that are in new, sellable condition and have not been installed.
