The 2nd bag is to secure the book to the cardboard. 2.) Place comic in a multiple sheet cardboard sandwich. 3.) Place your comic inside a 10 x 15 bubble or priority mailer. 4.) Seal box with tape. Write addresses on top of box THEN attached an enlarged printed labeled taped to the box. Flat rate envelopes are the same method except I add as much cardboard as I can fit in the package.
