It has the GUNN diode cavity oscillator, a Schottky mixer/detector diode and a WR-90 X-Band waveguide flange (UG39/U) with a small 1/4" long antenna. It is to be powered from +8 to 9Vdc (the filter capacitor and protection diode are already installed) and is ideal for Radar Speed Measurements or intrusion sensors. The output power is about 8 mW. The unit was tested and works fine. This is an ESD sensitive device and care should be taken when handling!
