Description: Good matching example of a mid-late WWII German enamel canteen. The cup, bottle and strap are marked SMM43; the cover markings are illegible. The leather is flexible enough to use, but I would not go around opening it and closing it all the time. There is a small dent in the bottle. The cup has a bit of light rust on one side.
