The holster manufacturer marking is on the rear, it is marked: Boyt -42- There is the US in a oval logo on the flap. This is one of the holsters that was dyed black to meet the post-war color standard change in 1952-53. This is a Very NICE Example of a WWII M1916 Holster to add to your collection.
