Description: Zenith Tombstone Table top model 807 super heterodyne receiver. First made in 1934 for the 1935 line, an entry level 5 tube with airplane dial, antenna, broadcast, and shortwave. Actual measurements are 17" tall x 11-3/4 wide x 8-1/2 deep. The radio powers on, dial lights up and it plays. It does need a new speaker as the old one is crumbling, the dial knob seems to slip but does catch and move the dial. Cosmetically, the wood is solid and in good condition. It would be beautiful with a coat of stain. Power cord still works but looks a little scary. You may want to Change it out. A good solid piece of history that was used during WW2! I tried to get good pics of the wording on the dial, foreign broadcast shows England, Holland, USA, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, South America. I own an antique shop, so lots of items come from my vendors and storage units, I also sell for other people. Check out my listings, I do combine shipping
