Description: WARN 8274 8000 LB WINCH. Nice, & popular model of winch, but does not turn on, selling as project. I connected jumper cables to the motor connections & it did not turn. Guessing the electric motor needs to be replaced. Pulling the free spin knob the winch does free spin. Selling as pictured. ,,,,ebay charges & collects the tax not me.
