Description: VTG 50s Navy Blue Ruffled Cocktail Dress W/ BeltIn good vintage condition, with just a few flaws. Dress has small ruffles throughout & is made of crystal acetate. It comes with a matching belt, but the material on the back of belt is cracking a bit & has a small section where the fabric has separated from the backing material near the buckle. The main flaws are on the belt, the dress is in overall great condition. The only other minor flaws are that there is some slight discoloration around the armholes & at a small spot on the center front waist. It's possible there are other small holes, snags or spots that weren't noticed.
