Description: This cute redware sgraffito bowl, probably one-of-a-kind, is marked with a nr/letter in a circle and the initials ?MFA?. (I don't know if this is a studio piece or a hobbyist creation.) Rim 1 1/8" high, internal depth 7/8", 4 3/8" in diameter. A famous Miguel de Cervantes quote accents the rim. A bird with grasses, flowers, and clouds complete the design. Moderate crazing. Some chipping of the white overglaze on the bird, doesn't bite into the redware. See photos. Weight 5.4 oz prepacked. This will ship via USPS First Class or its successor USPS Ground Advantage.
