No. 60-3092 in good used condition with normal wear such as scratches, scuffs, and stains. The Jeep is missing the revolving gun as it was broken off and it is missing the battery cover. The remote has discoloration as if something was spilled on it and faded the green. Also, batteries were left in the remote which had corroded. Jeep would display nicely with a military theme.
