Description: This vintage Native American made toy cradleboard is a unique souvenir from Indian City, Oklahoma. This Indian authentic reproduction Village opened in the 1950s and was built upon the site of an old pre-Civil War Indian massacre. It was very painstakingly a recreation of many different tribes and their villages I remember going there as a child This cradleboard is in good condition. It is just over 11 inches long. It looks like it was made in the 50s possibly the early 60s It is made of leather and it has been hand beaded The bottom part of the leather part of the cradle board is not secured to the wood. This is a very unique piece of history as Indian City is no longer open. It was in anadarko, Oklahoma. Please look at pictures carefully as they are evidence of condition. This is something we have had in our collection for probably close to 50 years.
