Description: Item up for sale is a fantastic vintage cuckoo clock marked on the brass movement as being made in West Germany with a numerical mark of 25. This piece was not found with a pendulum or weighs and will NOT come with pendulums or weights. Item has no maker's mark that we can find. Attached chains shows tarnish and patina. Bellows on the interior show wear, tear and looseness and will need replacement. Brass movement shows tarnish and patina. Roof attachment was found with and will be included. Roof attachment shows wood wear, soiling and finish wear. Wood body of the clock shows finish wear and patina throughout. Wood shows wear around edges and corners with wood wear and loss most notable along the upper left roof line. Veneer shows some surface cracking on one side as you can see in photos. Bird door shows considerable wear and loss and should be replaced. Bird door framing shows wood wear and loss. Item as a whole shows soiling throughout and could use a detail cleaning. Body of the clock (not counting chains or roof attachment) measures 12-1/8" top to bottom by 10" wide by 4-3/4" in depth.
