Description: This is a vintage Steampunk J. Chatillon & Sons Hanging Beam Type Scale including the weights used for the 100lb side and the 400lb side. It is in very good condition. It measures 43" overall length and is 1/4" thick. The scale markings are in very good condition and it is stamped "J. CHATILLON & SONS, NEW YORK". It has a 4 stamped on the 100lb side (4lb weight) and a 16 stamped on the 400lb side (16lb weight). There are no broken pieces and there are no previous owner's ID marks or engraving on this scale.We have not cleaned or refurbished this scale in any manner.
