Description: This vintage portfolio is optimized for people who write letters while traveling. The red "top grain cowhide" is in very good condition, apart from some normal creasing near the spine and a line of scuffing along the left side of the front. The front clasp keeps the portfolio secure (but the key that would lock it is missing). Inside are three pockets for keeping documents or letters, a small unused "Memo" book and an 8" x 9" writing pad (with blotter paper). There is also a paper-based "perpetual calendar": select the papers with the correct month and starting day and insert in the center leather pocket.
