Description: 14"h x 11"w small color poster of the 260th Pope, John XXIII (23rd). He was the Pope from October 28, 1958-June 3, 1963. He was 76 at the time of his election, the oldest pope until that time.The photo was taken by the renowned photographer, Tony Spina of the Detroit Free Press. The photo was taken around 1962, and Spina had published a book about the making of the pope that year.The poster has been rolled up and in storage for years. I have managed to flatten it some, but it will be shipped in a tube.
