Description: This reclining siren is made of porcelain bisque that has been painted in realistic colors. She was produced in Japan sometime in the early to mid 20th century. She is about 3.5 inches in length, 1.25 inches tall, and about 0.75 inches wide. As an aquarium decoration, she does have some wear to her paint from being in a fish tank as well as some small imperfections in the original paint job. She is still a beautiful little mermaid who could easily charm a few sailors onto the rocks and is in excellent condition otherwise. She has been kept in a glass display case in a non-smoking home for many years now. She would make a lovely addition to any collection, whether you collect mermaids, bathing beauties, nudes, or vintage aquarium decor.
