Description: 15" Double Bubble Glass Lighted FRAM filters Advertising Clock. "Time to Change" FRAM FILTERS In good working condition as pictured. I did put bulbs in it and they light up, but the one side is a little finicky on the bulb connection, needs some cleaning on the socket connections. Clock portion works as it should. I did take off outer glass to gently clean the face, but I did not remove the inner glass where it still needs more cleaning on the back side of the glass as pictured. Color and graphics are in excellent vibrant condition. Any questions just ask - will be shipped with plenty of bubble wrap and padding as well as double boxed and insured.
