Description: Vintage or Antique Crying Clown on Black Velvet Mexico Frame Signed. Approximately 21.5" x 27.5". This has been in a storage unit for many years and there's dust, dirt and hairs on the velvet. The piece is signed but I can make it out. There's white streaking to the left of the clown head. I'm not sure of the materials used. Some edge and corner wear.
