Description: Vintage Mixed Lot Drafting Supplies Set Parts Compass Slide Rule Here is a mixed group of vintage drafting supplies including one set in the original case, loose tools, parts. The tools that are in the cases are how I found them - I have not removed or added tools. I am not sure if all items are original to the cases.I have placed a ruler in some pictures for size reference.I have not cleaned or polished these tools. The metal shows a range of tarnish, smudges, soiling, dullness. No musty or smoke odor.- Black case with blue soft cloth lining: Unmarked case. Five of the tools have "Noris USA". May be complete with 12 pieces. There is a wood cylinder container (holds one loose piece of lead) and two tools have wooden handles. The case has a two metal snap flap closure. The case shows moderate wear and dust.- Black case with soft green cloth lining: Flap marked "Compass A7"; back impressed "Made In Germany". Has 3 of 7 items: the two tools are marked "Compass Germany" and the empty cylinder container is unmarked. The case has a two metal snap flap closure. The case shows more wear and tear; the lining is worn and dusty.- Folded directions only for a "Pedigree Precision Slide Rule by Empire".- Sterling (c) 1965 slide rule and an original vinyl pouch. Light wear and aging to the slide rule. The pouch has tears at the flap.- "Brief Instructions on the Use of the Slide Rule", printed in Germany. These 16 pages were stapled inside a folder. The papers have wear and tear, scotch tape repairs. Has some numbers written lightly in pencil on the first page.- Original red paper envelope "NO. 50/64 Professional Triangle 30/60 Degree Plastic .060 Thickness". The triangle is marked "Cardinell Products 10"; light wear. The envelope has a number mark and $0.60 price written in pencil at the corner; short tears at the lower end and flap.- Original brown paper envelope with 45 degrees, 10" and $0.69 price written in pencil at the corner; short tears at the tips. The triangle is marked "Cardinell Products 10"; light wear.- "Alvin 201" vinyl pouch with compass marked "Germany", and a little cylinder container that holds two lead and 1 pointer. The pouch flap is marked "Western Germany". The pouch is soiled and has a short tear at the flap and on the paper label.- 4 assorted compass and divider lot: the compass with a pencil is marked "U.S. Pats. 2,080,917 Des. 91,522"; the compass with more rust and tarnish is marked "Eagle Pencil Co.; the longer divider is marked "T. Alteneder & Sons Stainless"; the shorter divider is marked "Dietzgen Germany".- Brass protractor, unmarked. Has a name Meg handwritten on the back.- 3 metal tips marked "R. Esterbrook & Co. 556 Pen".- 1 brass tip marked "The Belle" and "Pat. Aug.1, 93 Pat. Gt. Britain". More tarnish.- black handle tool marked "Made In Germany" on the dial.
