A Vintage American 'Champion' Marble The Champion Agate Marble company ran from 1938 to the 1970's, in West Virginia. They made some very attractive swirls which often share a characteristic plump line of colour - crammed into and almost obscuring the transparent base to make a lush and creamy-looking marble. This example has an almost tactile quality, and effectively uses a single rich and funky colour with typical Champion style. Champion marbles display very well together, and are great to collect.
