Description: Vintage, New Old Stock, Never built, Never Started, Graupner E III balsa wood kit. Complete with Grade A balsa die-cut stock, ABS cowl, machine guns and wheels, wire landing gear, push-rods and full size plans. The Graupner Eindecker has a 52.5" wingspan and was originally designed for a "geared", brushed motor turning a 10" prop. Todays' brushless systems are lighter and more powerful and will yield better performance. One corner of the box has slight tear damage. The kit is Immaculate, and in pristine condition. A bag of parts is still factory sealed. The full scale EIII was the main variant of the Eindecker fighter aircraft of WWI. It entered service on the Western front in December 1915.
