VINTAGE FRENCH TROMBONE MARKED PROFESSIONAL

Description: Vintage marked French professional trombone that seems to take a trumpet mouthpiece. Appears to be nickle plate not sure. It say France on slide. Several small dents on horn. A few small ones around bell area and the horn its self (see photos). Slide works OK, lubed with slide oil. Comes with an old case,( rough missing leather latch on end and no handle, its canvas, not sure if that is original. No mouthpiece. I show a mouth piece in last photo to show how it fits but NOT INCLUDED WITH INSTRUMENT. The inside diameter of where the mouthpiece goes is .41 inch. The bore where the slide goes out is .40 AT THE END. TOTAL LENGTH ON INSTRUMENT IS 43". The bell is 6 1/2" across. (((This is ***NOT a soprano or TENOR trombone****))) The only one left in between is an ALTO which would be E flat key. However I am not positive. When I play it in the shortest position I seem to get an f sharp when its cold. This trombone could be turn of the century when they when these were popular in France. I have NO IDEA what key it is in just guessing. Please make your own judgement on this one as I do not know for sure. Make sure you have the correct mouthpiece to fit it as its not included. Marked professional on bell with decoration. Counter weight missing and piece that held it is bent. Very slight corrosion on one area of slide as shown. Will be packed properly to ship.
