Description: This is a handbook from the U.S. Government Printing Office titled "In Time of Emergency - A Citizens Handbook on ...Nuclear Attack ...Natural Disasters". It is an interesting, informational, historical item. Some sellers have this listed as printed in 1968, a date that does show up on the second page, but the print date is on the second to last page. This booklet has "March 1968" on the second page and "U.S. Government Printing Office: 1971" on the second to last page. I've provided photos of these pages. It measures about 5 1/4" by 8 1/2". I've also provide photos of the front and back covers, table of contents, and the middle pages with the staples (to show that the staples are intact and not rusty).
