Description: Vintage Coach Slim Satchel, Standard size in color Mocha Brown. Style number 9430. This model was designed by Bonnie Cashin, the visionary who gave Coach so many now-iconic bag silhouettes. The bag is made of full-grain leather, has an inside pocket and solid brass hardware. It was produced in New York City, and dates from the 70s or 80s, meaning the creed number doesn't contain the style number (a format that was only started in 1994). The bag was authenticated by experts on Coach Counterfeits. This is a great statement piece that will never go out of style and has lots of life left to live. Features:- dark brown full-grain leather - official Coach color is 'Mocha' - 2 top handles- top brass zipper and brass hardware- one inside pocket stamped with Coach creed and serial number- unlined interior- no strap or strap attachements, no hangtag Condition: pre-owned, good vintage item. All corners look great, zipper works fine. No stain. The bag was dunked, vacuumed inside and cleaned with Lexol leather cleaner and conditioned with leather CPR and Blackrock. It hasn't been tested for the presence of shoe polish or paint. Please note: the bag has light tear and wear, consistent with its age. Light scratches and scuffs throughout, a few minor cosmetic flaws (see pictures with arrows):on one spot of the zipper, the fabric has been mended in black thread. The mending is discreet and doesn't affect the zipper which opens and closes as it should.there is a small indent in the leather under one of the handles.
