Description: Unique lot of documents. Specifications from the City of New York Department of Purchase describing the standards for the city’s double nozzle fire hydrants. Dated 1936. Approx 10 pages. Also included are blueprints for the double nozzle hydrants. There are 23 blueprints binded together and 3 loose. Some were printed very light/appear faded and some are crisp. They have creation dates in the 1920s and 1930s. Most are approx 8” or 9” x 11”, except for the first blueprint in the attached batch is 11”x11” This first blueprint has fold lines.
