Both sides of his ears are curling and one side has a slight tear and the other has the start to one where the ears meat overlap the edge of the wood. I believe both staplers are from the late 1960s to early 1970s. The dog one was mine :) The lion one I don't believe was ever used and is in its original included box. Check out my other items!
