The brand is US Airline Instruments as shown on the sticker and the model is DLA-400-80-C-1462 3/80. The cot is missing the two straight end pieces, although it can still be used the way it is...it's just a little shorter. Some of the plastic plugs on the end of the legs are damaged or missing (see pics), although you can still use the the way it is. The nylon fabric is a little discolored as shown and there are two very tiny holes as shown in the pics. Overall the cot is usable as is or would be great in any military collection.
