Description: Men's 35mm Vintage 60's Zodiac Seawolf Watch, Fresh Service on the Swiss Caliber 72, (AS 1687). Running very well, On the wider for a week and kept good time. Fresh Strap to fit to 8 inches. Fresh Crystal. Ok dial. Relumed Hands, no Radium. Bezel is lose and turns overly free. Case is unpolished and in fairly decent shape. Watch Hacks as it should Remember, a great many of these were sold at the px's and were in Vietnam. If you're not familiar, these were introduced in 1953 along with the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, and the both used the AS 1361 movement. Zodiac then upped the game with the innovative 70-72 or AS 1687 with a Gerard Peregaux winding system. These run very accurately, and were decorated as well as a Rolex. Also, remember, the Rolex Submariner was introduced in 1954 and the Zodiac was rated for 30 feet deeper. BUT, no diving or swimming or excessive sweating with vintage 60 year old dive watches.
