His face is so cute with a downward turned pouty mouth and big blue sleep eyes with fringe lashes. The hair looks good too. The outfit is a new/unused knit preemie sized sleeper from JC Penney....still has the original hanging price tag. It is super cute with an embroidered Choo Choo train on the bodice.
