This is a Vintage 1968 Saint Paul Winter Carnival Polar Bear Pin Minnesota Winter Holidaze Pinback MN 2 1/4" holiday advertisement collectible badge.On the front near the lower right there is a Union bug. This pin features the fair's polar bear mascot wearing a crown. It states: Winter Holidaze Saint Paul Winter Carnival 1968.The pin could be used as a hat pin, lapel pin, scarf pin, for a vest, backpack, costume, or displayed. This pin is approximately 2 1/4" inches across.
