Adorable short puff sleeves. Pointed white collar with embroidery. Button up back. Also has back tie. It does have one decorative button in front.. I'm honestly wondering if there was one more closer to the top but I figured I'd let someone add more if they wanted, where they wanted. Beautiful condition. Has been soaked and pressed. Length from shoulder to waist seam - 14 inches. I'm a juniors XS and it fits but I am 5'7" so it doesn't really suit. Great for maybe a shorter XS or a young/teen girl :) review measurements closely please!
