It is difficult to see it clearly. Affixed on the back is a green 3 cent George Washington "Proprietary" tax revenue stamp CDV has bumping to corners and edges. Some smudging, browning, brown spots and wear. Corners and edges were trimmed at one time. Please see all photos above for more details.
