Description: Very rare vintage totem pole made & signed by Chief Johnson of Ketchikan, Alaska in excellent original paint & condition. This wonderful example is about 9" high and has that great carved spread-winged eagle perched on the top. The paint is all original and has taken on a nice mellow patina. There are a few very minor paint blemishes but nothing of significance. The totem pole is signed on the bottom of the round base "Chief Johnson Ketchikan, Alaska". You really need to see this in person to appreciate the great all original surface on the totem pole! This is a really great example you will not be disappointed.
