I cannot make out who the artist is but I've taken photos of it for you to decide on your own if it's something that you would like to purchase. The frame does display some nicks chips and scratches to the wood as seen in the photos and the painting is in very good condition with no physical damage. The size of the frame is 22.75 in wide by 17.75 in tall by 2.25 in thick and the size of the opening for the artwork is 15.25 in wide by 11.75 in tall. It's a very pretty scene and it looks Indian like to me due to the teepee. Please be sure to review all photos, this item is not in mint condition out of the shop as it is vintage so please expect some wear. It would be very easy to change out the frame if it does not suit you. If you have any questions please ask.
