You can tell that this has a slide over mounting setup there are two screws going into the bottom of that which I have no idea what they would go into and then a set screw on the top, though it does not appear to focus by rotating. That is quite literally everything I know about these they are in good shape with the exception of the one ding I took a picture of and they will sell together as a pair. And now since I have no idea what this thing is, I thought it would be entertaining to see what a I think it is.
