As a contractors' preferred system, they allow for access to ladders, lumber, pipe carriers and other cargo on top of the vehicle. These ladder racks bolt directly onto existing factory mounting points for easy installation. The H1 steel system is constructed from 14 gauge steel. It is then galvanized and powder coated for extra protection and longevity. The H1 Roller with 36" Extension Plates extends the contact point of the rack passed the rear door. Eliminating damages that may occur when loading and unloading of ladders, pipes and other material or equipment. Extension Plates and Roller are made from aluminum. The roller is slightly lower than the cross bars on the rack to not interfere the placement of your equipment. This roller system will fit onto the Vantech H1 mounts, connected via the H1 eye hooks. The roller bar itself is anodized silver.
