Acceptable condition, exterior damage---loss of cloth to spine as seen in photos, blindstamp decorated covers, rubbing/wear to corners/edges and spine extremes, binding fully intact but two signatures of pages sticking out as seen in photos, light occasional foxing but overall text is very clean--no writing or underlining.
