I say she’s “ashy” brunette because some areas seem lighter than the other, particularly on the ends as shown. She has discoloration at the neck and other marks on body. I tried to show them in pics. Her face alongside the left eye appears to be slightly flattened. Could be from storage. It may or may not puff back out.
