Description: Ubiquiti us-24-250w 24 port PoE switch. A long time ago the power supply failed, and I replaced it with a Mean Well RD-125-2448 power supply, which is a 144W power supply. I wasn't sure about repairing the original power supply, and couldn't get another one for a reasonable price. The Mean Well power supply has been great for a few years. Sorry, I forgot to take a photo of that, but it is well secured, and the cabling is neat. A week ago the middle 8 ports (ports 9 to 16) stopped working, no PoE, and no ethernet. I need more ports than 16, so I have replaced the switch. I took the switch apart, but couldn't find any obvious problem, but I did see a hotspot in a weird spot on one of the circuit boards (see FLIR images), so maybe a MOSFET or resistor needs to be replaced. Anyway, 16 ports and the two SFP ports work fine on this switch. So you might be able to repair it, or use it as it.
