Description: This is a lovely cut glass Compote / Pedestal bowl. Measures: 8-1/4" tall by 6-3/4" wide top rim. This is from the American Brilliant period (1870 to 1920's). It is genuine from the era...This is signed on the base edge (on top of base) with the Trefoil Hawkes signature which I point out with a yellow sticker. Seen in the 1901-05 catalog, as " bonbon #1, #1372". It is a Steuben blank with the twisted stem and ruffle thinner bowl on top. Hobstar fanes and punty cuts on the stem for extra bling.Condition: It is over 100 years old. The unique ruffled rim has a couple tool marks, micro rough spots, etc. which appear to be from the way it was made. There is a tiny smoothed indent on the edge of the rim no one will notice. There is a tiny fleabite on the underside of the base rim that no one will ever see. ............................................................... *No Returns/Refunds Policy*...Please Note that we do not accept returns or refunds.
