The display and function buttons are working properly. We placed a piece of frozen food inside and ran a program suitable for it:The oven quickly cooked the food, which was fully done on the inside and crispy on the outside. This is the full extent of the testing performed. The oven is fully functional. Return Policy If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items). Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. Shipping This item will require freight shipping or local pick up at our facility in Christiansburg VA 24073. We will add $55 for palletizing the item.
