Description: Complete Turbinaire MiniPro Series Model 1235. The Turbine is a 3 stage turbine that makes up to 6 psi at the air cap. This turbine has the variable speed function control knob so you can fine tune your psi to maximize atomization and spray pattern while minimizing overspray. There are 3 settings on the front panel switch. The top setting gives you full turbine air flow. The middle setting is Off. And the lower setting is for variable turbine speed control when you want to adjust the amount of psi you are putting out. There is a red light on the panel that lights up when the unit is plugged into to an AC outlet. There is also a circuit reset switch in lieu of utilizing a fuse. The gun with this unit is the Model 11CS Bleeder Gun. So as a bleeder gun, air is discharged from the air cap continuously any time the turbine is running but paint is only discharged when the trigger is pulled. You get quicker atomization and this feature also helps extend the life of the turbine by reducing heat and pressure at the turbine and cabinet with the steady release of air. This gun has a fluid control knob at the rear of the gun and the fan pattern control is adjusted by moving the air cap retaining ring forwards and backwards and then locking in the desired position with the locking ring. Forward reduces the fan pattern and backwards widens the fan pattern. It works really well. The gun utilizes a pressure assisted 1 quart siphon cup with a check valve in place. Included with the gun is an extra nozzle, needle, air cap kit so you have options for thicker or thinner viscosity coatings. The included owners manual tells you what set up to use with what coatings. There is also a pair of replacement turbine filters that will be included in this sale (not pictured) as well as some extra cup gaskets and some spare gun parts. I replaced the original Turbinaire 20 foot hose with upgraded hose made up of a 10 foot section of clear Accuspray turbine hose coupled to a 10 foot section of black Apollo hose which incorporates 5 foot of Apollo Super Flex Whip hose. So you still get 20 feet of working hose but you get a nice whip hose on the end. This makes the gun super easy to pivot in different directions. This is a very nice clean unit that appears to have had minimal use. Both the gun and turbine were tested spraying paint thinner and worked very nicely. No shipping to Puerto Rico
