Territories as complicated as the Northeast Corridor track section from Washington, DC to Philadelphia can be created with Track Builder 3. You can download a copy of the manual by going to www.signalcc.com. When you purchase Track Builder 3.1 you will receive via email a password, a serial number and instructions for downloading Track Builder 3.1. Please note that we stopped selling the supported version of Track Builder 3.1 in April, 2012, but because of continual requests to again sell this product we have decided to make an un-supported version available. This version will run on Windows 7, 10 &11. There are no shipping charges for customers outside of the United States since this is a downloaded item.
