IMPORTANT PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED THIS PRODUCT BEFORE: I keep getting messages about the product arriving hard and dried up. That is what it is supposed to be like. It is shaped like a pellet. It is not liquid or creamy (see attached photo). You are supposed to cut off a piece with the spade end of the provided applicator and work it like clay or putty. This will soften it enough for use. This information / directions are on the back of the package. I also include a sheet with directions (because the directions on the back of the package are microscopic. I need glasses and a magnifying glass to read them).
