Its’ leaves are frilly and beautiful to look at - and even better to taste! Dwarf Siberian Kale is great in smoothies, sauteed in stir frys, and mixed in with salads. This plant is wonderful for the home gardener. Kale is a very high source of vitamin C, beta carotene and many other nutrients, making it one of the best greens to harvest. Planting & Care: Dwarf Siberian Kale seeds have origins that can be traced back to Russia, making them extremely hardy in the winter. Dwarf Siberian Kale seeds should be planted indoors around 6-8 weeks before the first frost, and then transplanted outside after they reach 3 inches tall. Seeds should be planted ½ to ¼ inches deep. You can harvest them around two months after planting, or 50 days to maturity.
