The front label has some heavy wear, heavy scuffing/fading, and some worn/torn through spots (see photos). The cart shell has some minor scratches, scuffs, and wear. This is an authentic, original copy and is NOT A REPRODUCTION OR BOOTLEG. See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my Genesis 2 using a Game Gear. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, an adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), or a clone system to play this game.
