The set is in Brand New Condition and it's still Factory Sealed in the Original Shrink Wrap!! It just has a split in the shrink on the back of the box along its right side and other than that it's still in amazing condition for its age!! The set was nicely sealed when we originally bought it, and it came into my possession. The split in the wrap occurred during a move when my grandson bumped into the stack where I had set it causing it to slide of the stack literally right in front of me! So, I know with 1,000% certainty that this set has never been opened, removed from its original shrink wrap or anything like that! I just placed a couple tiny pieces of tape around 1/4 of an inch or less in a couple places across the split "which can easily be removed" just to stabilize the shrink so the split couldn't grow and get worse during the move and storage. To answer a couple questions the tiny bits of tape "are not" holding the shrink on or anything like that! Other than the split along the back the shrink is still firmly intact and has never been removed from the box or anything at all like that! To answer another question the shrink is "not" being held on by the tiny bits of tape or anything like that as I mentioned earlier. This set has "never" been opened or removed from the shrink and you can actually see the Original Sealed Dice and Crayon Bag tucked down on one side of its booklets!
