She considers herself a hybrid, having lived half of her life in Michigan and nearly half in Colorado (along with some years in the Northwest.) She enjoys all things nature whether its the mountains, water, or forests. She loves spending time with her husband, extended family, friends, and pets. Colorado was the inspiration for both her novels. Seeing re-run of shows such as Land of the Giants and reading the childrens book series, Half Magic fed an early interest in time travel and magical realism. With her return to Michigan, shes excited to soak up new inspiration while exploring trails, local farms, breweries, and wineries.Nancy has written her entire life.
