Description: Set of 2 Reference Books: (1) "The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation" PLUS (2) "User's Guide to the Bluebook" ~ RARE to find this combination sold together!! Photo #1 shows both of the books that are included in this listing. First is the Bluebook itself, and second is a User's Guide to the Bluebook. Photos #2 - 10 show the Bluebook and photos #11 - 18 show the User's Guide. I am the original owner of both of these, and purchased them NEW when I was in law school. They have always been stored in my smoke-free, climate-controlled home. CONDITION: The Bluebook interior is in LIKE NEW condition, with no missing or torn or folded pages, and in flipping through, I did not see any marks. The Bluebook cover has some light fading and some signs of shelf wear at the corners, and my name is written on the top right corner of the front cover of the Bluebook, as shown in photo #3. The User's Guide has just a slight discoloration at the left edge of the front cover (see photo #11). I would describe the User's Guide condition as UNREAD, with no missing or torn pages, and no folds. (I think I did read some parts of the Bluebook.) The Bluebook is spiral bound. It has 343 numbered pages, plus about 17 additional pages for the Table of Contents. Some of the pages use blue paper (and this is a large section titled "Tables and Abbreviations"). The inside says it was compiled by the editors of the Columbia Law Review, the Harvard Law Review, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and The Yale Law Journal. The copyright is 1991. The User's Guide has 54 numbered pages, plus the Table of Contents. It has an author's name of Alan L. Dworsky and was published by Fred B. Rothman & Co. The copyright is also 1991, and the title page says that it was revised for this edition of the Bluebook. Both books are approximately 8 inches by 5 inches (not including the spiral).
