This form was made from the production molds that I purchased from Southwestern Taxidermy Supply. Shipping is a flat $8.60. I combine shipping on all my taxidermy auctions at the rate of $2.00 for each additional auction. I accept pay pal only. I ship to the continental United States only. All Taxidermy items are made one at a time after the item is sold. It may take as long as 7 days after the item is paid for until it ships.
